Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues promptly
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain strict adherence to security protocols
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs and sales targets
- Assist with new account openings and ensure proper documentation compliance
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly goals and service standards
- Maintain organized workspace and ensure branch presentation meets bank standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficient in basic computer applications and banking software
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must pass background check and credit verification
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly preferred
