- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and product recommendations
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while adhering to banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Actively cross-sell bank products (checking accounts, credit cards, loans) to meet business goals
- Uphold strict compliance standards for KYC, AML, and anti-fraud procedures
- Collaborate with branch colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of cash handling or customer service experience in banking/retail
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong mathematical aptitude and 10-key proficiency
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse clientele
