Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Cash checks and verify identification to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Build relationships with customers by answering questions about banking products and services.
- Introduce new products and cross-sell services to meet branch goals.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and secure branch environment.
- Follow all bank security protocols and compliance policies strictly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous banking or cash handling experience is preferred but not required for immediate consideration.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with MS Office and basic banking software.
