Your Role
As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of our branch, responsible for building relationships with our community and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their financial needs.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily settlements to ensure accuracy.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our products and services.
- Adhere to all bank policies, security regulations, and compliance standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace for optimal efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with point-of-sale systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations with speed and accuracy.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
