Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service to build lasting relationships.
- Open new accounts and assist in cross-selling our suite of financial products and services.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure financial integrity.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding account balances, transactions, and bank policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure teller line area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in cash handling or a customer service role is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform math calculations with high accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with banking software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
