- Process a high volume of transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
- Handle cash drawers with strict accountability, ensuring all daily balances are reconciled perfectly.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, explaining complex banking products in simple terms.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to recommend credit cards, savings accounts, and other financial products.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal security protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior banking experience is a plus.
