- Process transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cash advances
- Provide personalized financial guidance and product recommendations to clients
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and daily reconciliation reports
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining compliance standards
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services based on client needs
- Support branch operations through document processing and record maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment with accuracy
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
