Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their financial needs.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, safe deposit box access, and financial product recommendations.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming teller line area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong mathematical skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
