Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and promoting bank products/services
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to strict security protocols
- Assist with ATM operations and basic account maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on banking regulations and technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
