Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Utilize bank-provided technology (cash drawers, scanners, terminals) for efficient operations
- Identify and cross-sell banking products based on customer needs
- Maintain accurate transaction records and adhere to security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Balance cash drawers daily and report discrepancies
- Support branch operations as needed during peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and equipment (provided)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math aptitude and multitasking capability
