Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency using provided banking equipment
- Build relationships by addressing client inquiries and promoting bank services
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy and adhere to security protocols
- Operate provided teller systems, scanners, and authentication devices
- Assist with new account openings and basic financial product education
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with provided banking technology (training included)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Texas Notary Public certification preferred (training provided)
