Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision using provided banking equipment (cash drawers, scanners, terminals)
- Deliver exceptional in-person service to clients with varying financial needs
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and account balances
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, products, and services
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet client goals
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to strict security protocols for cash handling and confidential data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Proficiency with provided banking technology (ATM, cash recyclers, digital tools)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Texas Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass background check and credit verification
