Key Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of daily financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing, with 100% accuracy.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily settlements to ensure financial integrity.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering account inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment in the lobby and teller line.
- Adhere to all banking regulations and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling experience in a retail or banking environment is strongly preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
