Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with provided banking equipment
- Resolve account inquiries and provide accurate financial information
- Cross-sell bank products and services using provided digital tools
- Maintain cash drawer balances with provided cash handling equipment
- Operate provided banking software and security systems
- Assist with ATM operations using provided maintenance tools
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations using provided compliance resources
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficient with provided banking technology and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
