Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) using bank-provided equipment
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service at our modern teller stations
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions with bank-provided software
- Cross-sell banking products (loans, accounts) using digital tools provided by the bank
- Maintain strict security protocols for cash and sensitive customer data
- Assist with ATM operations and digital banking inquiries
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1+ years customer service or cash handling experience (preferred)
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Ability to operate bank-provided technology (touchscreen terminals, scanners)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must pass background check and fingerprinting (equipment provided)
- Flexibility to work weekends/bank holidays
