- Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately using bank-provided equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries
- Balance cash drawers and transactions daily using provided banking software
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Adhere to all security protocols and compliance regulations
- Maintain organized branch records using supplied digital systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless branch operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Proficiency with basic arithmetic and digital tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods (equipment provided for comfort)
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations preferred
- Positive attitude with commitment to teamwork
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for branch visits)
