Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Operate provided bank equipment including cash drawers, ATMs, and digital banking systems
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, services, and banking products
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank services and products
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and regulatory compliance
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure seamless customer experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate provided banking technology efficiently
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations preferred
