Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions efficiently using provided banking equipment
- Deliver exceptional in-person service while maintaining security protocols
- Resolve account inquiries and cross-sell banking products
- Balance cash drawers daily using provided reconciliation tools
- Operate digital transaction tablets and security scanners
- Document transactions accurately with provided software systems
- Participate in quarterly equipment training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic banking equipment (cash handling, scanners)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with provided resources
- Texas state banking license (provided upon hire)
- Basic computer proficiency with provided banking software
