Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with provided banking terminals and software
- Operate cash drawers, scanners, and check verification systems
- Utilize dual-monitor workstations for multi-tasking efficiency
- Manage ATM reconciliation using bank-provided technology
- Apply security protocols with provided surveillance and alert systems
- Train on new banking equipment during onboarding and updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years cash handling experience
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems (equipment training provided)
- Strong attention to detail with provided audit tools
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work with provided ergonomic equipment
- Basic math skills (calculator provided)
