- Deliver exceptional customer service while accurately handling deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Utilize provided technology to resolve account inquiries and promote bank services
- Maintain security protocols with supplied cash handling tools and surveillance systems
- Collaborate with branch team using provided communication and workflow management tools
- Balance cash drawer daily using supplied reconciliation software and counting machines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior banking experience preferred
- Proficient in cash handling with ability to learn provided banking systems
- Strong attention to detail with ability to operate provided verification equipment
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions using supplied CRM tools
