Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional in-person and digital banking support
- Balance cash drawers and maintain transaction records
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products
- Operate provided banking equipment (terminals, scanners, etc.)
- Adhere to strict security and compliance protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Basic proficiency with provided banking technology
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Fingerprints and background check required
- Nevada state gaming license if applicable
