Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients daily
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate records
- Operate bank-provided equipment (ATMs, terminals, security systems)
- Identify and cross-sell bank products/services
- Adhere to all security protocols and compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years cash handling experience preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate provided banking equipment
- Basic computer proficiency
