Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and provide personalized financial guidance
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance protocols

- Actively cross-sell bank products and services
- Contribute to branch security procedures and risk mitigation
- Maintain professional appearance using company-provided uniforms
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Proficient in basic arithmetic and transaction processing
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficient with provided banking technology systems
- Valid Texas state banking license or ability to obtain
