Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with precision and security compliance
- Deliver exceptional in-person and drive-thru customer service experiences
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products and services
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and transaction records
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and services
- Contribute to branch security protocols and anti-fraud initiatives
- Participate in quarterly financial literacy workshops for community outreach
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Federal banking compliance certification (training provided)
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (required for branch travel)
