Responsibilities
- Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 99.9% accuracy
- Build lasting relationships by identifying customer financial needs
- Resolve account discrepancies and service issues promptly
- Uphold strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Actively promote digital banking solutions to enhance customer experience
- Contribute to branch sales goals through cross-selling bank products
- Maintain organized cash drawer and transaction records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficient in basic math and financial transactions
