Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide personalized financial solutions
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products
- Maintain accurate cash drawer records and adhere to compliance protocols
- Support branch operations through ATM maintenance and night vault services
- Collaborate with wealth management team for complex client needs
- Participate in community outreach events to enhance bank visibility
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Fraud detection and anti-money laundering certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication skills with diverse clientele
