Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving account issues.
- Introduce customers to new products and services to help them meet their financial goals.
- Verify the accuracy of all transactions and maintain strict security and compliance standards.
- Assist in opening new accounts and assisting with account maintenance.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior banking or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Fraud awareness and adherence to bank security protocols.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
