- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build relationships through personalized financial consultations and product recommendations
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions while adhering to strict compliance protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and escalate complex issues to branch management
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain organized digital and physical records for audit purposes
- Participate in branch security procedures and fraud prevention initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
