Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and provide personalized financial product recommendations
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Cross-sell bank services while maintaining customer satisfaction metrics
- Balance cash drawers and daily transaction records
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
- Utilize banking software for transaction processing and record-keeping
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
