Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial advice and cross-sell bank products/services tailored to client needs
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency while maintaining compliance standards
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions to meet strict audit requirements
- Actively participate in community outreach initiatives to enhance bank visibility
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer financial information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or cash handling experience
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced financial environment
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Texas Notary Public certification preferred
