Responsibilities
- Process routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving inquiries and concerns
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain accurate records and comply with banking regulations
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales targets
- Support fraud prevention through transaction monitoring
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations
- Fingerprinting and background check required
