Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build trust by resolving account inquiries and educating clients on digital banking tools
- Uphold strict compliance standards for KYC procedures and anti-fraud protocols
- Actively cross-sell banking products based on customer financial needs
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions efficiently
- Collaborate with branch leadership to enhance customer experience workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling
- Proven ability to perform accurate financial calculations and transactions
- Strong communication skills with diverse customer populations
- Proficiency in banking software and MS Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
