Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while maintaining strict cash control.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to build lasting relationships and drive branch sales.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions with high precision and adherence to security protocols.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and the opening of new accounts or services.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our suite of financial products and services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure branch environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous cash handling or customer service experience in a retail or banking environment.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
