Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
- Balance cash drawers and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Provide personalized financial advice and cross-sell bank products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Assist with ATM operations and night drop services
- Train new tellers on banking systems and customer service standards
- Contribute to branch sales goals through proactive customer engagement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and digital transaction tools
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must pass background check and FINRA compliance training
