Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling, check deposits, and loan payments.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual and branch sales goals.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Maintain strict adherence to branch security and safety protocols, including cash balancing procedures.
- Assist in the daily operations of the branch, including lobby management and teller line support.
- Build lasting relationships with the local community through proactive outreach.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with banking software.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
