Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with 100% accuracy (deposits, withdrawals, transfers)
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service
- Identify and cross-sell appropriate bank products/services
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and daily reconciliation
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations professionally
- Adhere to all banking regulations (BSA, AML, security protocols)
- Contribute to branch goals for customer satisfaction and sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, banking systems)
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with problem-solving mindset
- Must pass background check and credit review
