Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and promoting bank products/services
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to strict security protocols
- Open new accounts, assist with loan applications, and cross-sell financial products
- Balance daily transactions and prepare reports for branch management
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth branch operations and customer flow
- Stay updated on banking regulations and compliance procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Basic knowledge of banking software and financial systems
