Responsibilities
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build lasting customer relationships through personalized financial guidance
- Resolve account inquiries and cross-sell bank products/services
- Adhere to strict regulatory compliance and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and maintain precise transaction records
- Support branch operations through vault management and ATM maintenance
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Tennessee Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
