Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Build trust by providing personalized financial guidance and product recommendations
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transaction reports
- Uphold strict security protocols and anti-fraud measures
- Resolve client inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Actively promote digital banking solutions and new services
- Maintain organized records and documentation compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations (FDIC, BSA)
