Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and educate clients on digital banking tools
- Balance cash drawers and maintain compliance with federal regulations
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Operate core banking systems and maintain transaction records
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction goals
- Participate in monthly audits and security training protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
- Tennessee Notary Public certification within 90 days of hire
- Pass background check and credit verification
