Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional customer service through in-person and digital channels
- Actively identify and cross-sell banking products to meet client needs
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions
- Support branch operations through teamwork and proactive problem-solving
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- NC banking license (or willingness to obtain)
