Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial solutions and product recommendations
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions while maintaining strict compliance standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to relationship managers
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet sales targets
- Uphold security protocols and fraud prevention measures
- Collaborate with branch teams to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Federal banking compliance certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass background check and credit review
