Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries, explaining products, and building rapport
- Maintain cash drawer accountability and daily reconciliation procedures
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products (loans, credit cards, accounts)
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols (BSA, AML, KYC) and security regulations
- Assist with branch operations including vault management and record-keeping
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless branch workflow and client experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic math and financial software systems
