Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide personalized financial advice and product recommendations
- Resolve account discrepancies and investigate transaction issues
- Uphold strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Maintain accurate transaction records and balancing procedures
- Support branch operations through cash management and inventory control
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and basic MS Office applications
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
