Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and concerns
- Actively cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts) to meet team targets
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to strict security protocols
- Open new accounts with thorough documentation and compliance verification
- Utilize digital banking tools to educate clients on mobile/online services
- Collaborate with branch managers to identify and address customer needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience in retail or banking
- Proficiency with banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual a plus)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with financial regulations (Regulation E, BSA)
- Valid California driver's license and clean background check
