Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish deductions, taxes, and benefits contributions
- Manage time and attendance systems and reconcile discrepancies
- Prepare year-end tax forms (W-2, 1099) and support audits
- Implement payroll process improvements using data analytics
- Ensure FLSA compliance and state-specific labor law adherence
- Train HR staff on payroll policies and system updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent HRIS expertise
- Proficient in Excel and payroll reporting tools
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, garnishment laws, and IRS regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Experience with time and attendance systems like Kronos
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
