Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional service while identifying cross-sell opportunities
- Resolve account inquiries and discrepancies
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions
- Support branch operations as needed
- Participate in community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations (Reg CC, BSA)
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Texas Notary Public certification preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
