Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, resolving account issues, and recommending appropriate banking solutions
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict compliance with financial regulations
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Assist with new account openings and documentation verification
- Contribute to branch security procedures and maintain a clean, professional workspace
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer flow and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with basic office software and banking systems
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with banking regulations (Regulation E, BSA) a plus
- Ability to pass background check and credit review
