Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Provide personalized financial guidance to diverse clientele
- Resolve account discrepancies and customer inquiries efficiently
- Actively promote digital banking solutions and cross-sell products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Train junior tellers on operational procedures
- Contribute to branch revenue goals through proactive relationship building
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in financial services
- Proven ability to balance cash drawer with 100% accuracy
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations (Reg CC, BSA)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- Proficient with core banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Valid California Notary Public certification
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
