Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Build trust by identifying cross-sell opportunities for bank products/services
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores
- Conduct new account openings and assist with loan applications
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office suite
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Nevada Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Pass background check and federal fingerprinting requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
